The Art of Raising Children in Chaos

A book about modern parenting between digitalization, daily life, and inner strength

Our children are growing up today in a world that is more complex than ever before. Digitalization, constant availability, rising performance pressure, and social uncertainty already shape their everyday lives at an early age. Many parents sense intuitively that traditional approaches to parenting are reaching their limits — and ask themselves the question: How can we guide our children well through this chaos, without overwhelming or shielding them?

It is exactly this question that gave rise to my new book.

I am delighted to share that I am currently working on the publication of my book "The Art of Raising Children in Chaos."

Why parenting through chaos is such a central topic today

Parenting through chaos doesn't mean letting everything slide. It means providing orientation while the world changes at breakneck speed. Children today grow up with smartphones, social media, artificial intelligence, and an unprecedented flood of information. At the same time, they often lack calm, focus, physical activity, and genuine connection.

Many parents waver between control and being overwhelmed:

How much digital exposure is reasonable?

At what point does a child need clear boundaries?

How can we instill strength without creating harshness?

How do we, as parents, stay capable of acting when there are no easy answers left?

"The Art of Raising Children in Chaos" starts exactly here.

What is "The Art of Raising Children in Chaos" about?

This book is not a conventional guide with rigid rules. It is a practical guide for parents who don't want to shield their children from the world, but want to prepare them for life.

At the heart of the book:

a conscious approach to digitalization and media

inner strength, self-confidence, and self-regulation in children

a clear stance instead of endless prohibitions

rituals, physical activity, and genuine connection in family life

communication at eye level

the question of which skills children will truly need in the future

As an IT entrepreneur, father of two, and self-defense instructor for children, I combine in this book my experience from technology, parenting, and personal development. It is not about perfection, but about orientation, clarity, and responsibility.

Who is this book for?

"The Art of Raising Children in Chaos" is aimed at:

parents who sense that "carrying on as before" is not enough

educators and teachers

anyone who accompanies children and takes on responsibility for them

everyone who sees parenting through chaos not as a problem, but as a task
